Create a Telegram Bot
Use the verified BotFather account to get your bot token.

Open the verified @BotFather

Search Telegram for @BotFather. Confirm the blue verification badge and exact username before continuing.

Send /newbot

Choose a display name and a unique username ending in bot.

Store the token securely

Copy the token into LeftRelay AI. Do not post it in groups or screenshots.

Create Telegram Groups and Add the Bot
Prepare a destination for each listing category or area.

Create destination groups

Examples: Landed Sale, Condo Rent, Commercial and WTB/WTR.

Add the bot as admin

Give it permission to post messages. The group will then appear in LeftRelay AI.

Load WhatsApp Group Names
Turn technical IDs into readable listing-source names.

Open the group detail screen

If a WhatsApp group appears as an ID, open it and select Get Group Name.

Confirm and save

Check the fetched name, then save it before creating forwarding rules.

Add Forwarding Rules
Map an AI result or keyword to the correct Telegram group.

Select a WhatsApp Listing Group

Choose the source group that LeftRelay AI should monitor.

Add category rules

Assign landed sale, apartment rent, commercial, WTB, WTR or your own category to a Telegram destination.

Run a complete test

Send one listing containing text and an image. Confirm both arrive in the correct Telegram group.

Private Chats and Telegram Forum Topics
Optional: give each WhatsApp contact a separate topic.

Create a Telegram Forum group

Enable Topics, add the bot and grant posting permissions.

Choose the Forum in settings

Enable private-chat forwarding and select the Forum group. Each contact receives an individual topic.
